Americans must be informed of the real truth (facts & law) regarding Social Security. Then and only then will folks be enabled to make an intelligent determination of how to deal with the problems of Social Security. Unfortunately, mist folks rely solely upon what they are told rather than examining the facts and law for themselves, much to their own detriment.
The second Social Security Act was passed into law on August 14, 1935 during F.D. Roosevelt’s administration. Roosevelt’s first attempt at invoking a mandatory Social Security scheme was struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court as unconstitutional in Railroad Retirement Board v. Alton Railroad Company decided May 6, 1935. Why? Because Congress has no constitutional authority to legislate mandatory social welfare for the worker. Also, the U.S. Constitution forbids such direct taxation of Americans living and working within the 50 united States pursuant to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, and Article I, Section 9, Clause 4 therein.
To overcome the constitutional obstacle, Roosevelt and his cronies in Congress invoked Social Security as a totally voluntary scheme; the only reason an American citizen needs a soc number is if said citizen voluntarily chooses to become a recipient of such government-granted benefits and entitlements. Just read Title 42, U.S.C., Sections 405(C) (2) (B) (i) (I) (II) to verify this.
The Social Security scheme was rendered acceptable to the desperate Americans by the deliberately orchestrated economic crash of 1929. The Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913 created the fraudulent Federal Reserve System. The “Federal Reserve” is not federal, it has no reserves, pays no income taxes, has never been audited, and creates currency out of thin air by paying the U.S. Treasury a few cents apiece to print “Federal Reserve Notes” (evidence of debt) irregardless of denomination and then loans then into existence at full face value plus interest (usury). Thus, the “Fed” was able to bankrupt the U.S. Government by 1933, rendering each citizen pledged as collateral a “human resource asset” security for the debt, as unwitting slaves in a perpetual yoke of economic bondage.
This government’s problem with Social Security is that it is a fatally defective socialist ponzi scheme and doomed to fail because it is in contravention with our Creator’s Law’s. We, the people do not need Social Security, because we control the real wealth consisting of the natural resources our Creator provides and our labor. International “banksters” and their puppet political prostitutes are systematically robbing us of our wealth, Liberty & Freedom, solely due to the lack of knowledge of Americans (See Hosea 4:6). The solution to our problem is simply to “seek first the kingdom [government] of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto [us]. (Matthew 6:33). We must cease our “Baal-worship” of our own creature government.
Our corporate fiction creature government image can create nothing, so it must steal from some to give it to others. This is antichrist, humanistic socialism. We must cease our fear, worship, support & dependence upon our creature government image and mere humans we allow to run it for us, and reclaim our Liberty & Freedom through our dependence upon our Creator/Savior, and independence from the political usurpers, liars and thieves who are exploiting and enslaving us; we must repent (change the way we think), and have a mass exodus from the voluntary Social Security scheme, and abolish the fraudulent Federal Reserve System, and thus drive the parasitic, antichrist money-changers and their ilk out from our midst. The Social Security number is a badge of slavery!
