Dear Jeff,
This will let you know that I was released from Washington County Jail yesterday (July 9, 2007) at about 9:30am. My sister, Kathie picked me up at about 10:45am, and we went and made copies of my petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus against the parole officer who now has me in custody at St. Louis Community Release Center, 1621 N. 1st Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102, and I filed it in the circuit court of the City of St. Louis prior to reporting in.
My release from Washington County w3as on my own personal recognizance, notwithstanding the $10,000.00, “No Ten Percent” Bond required by the court, which also stated, “No Contact with Victim.” I had noticed and demanded this immediately upon arrival, but was ignored by the crooks moving against me, John Rupp, Troy Hyde, Sandra Martinez, and Kenneth Pratt. Maybe my having sued the bastards for $10 million might have something to do with it. My case is now in review in the 8th circuit court of appeals after having been summarily dismissed by quisling, pettifogger shyster, U.S. District Court Judge Donald J. Stohr, as being ‘frivolous, malicious” action intended to ‘harass” my oppressors. Wait a minute: Who is being harassed here?
When my Washington County oppressors ignored me, I put together a petition for Writ of Mandamus against them and the sheriff for failing to provide humane conditions in their jail, and had all the other inmates in the cell block I was in sign it. Kathie filed it in the Missouri Court of Appeals, E.D. and paid the shysters their $70, and then personally served the forenamed crooks, liars and traitors. It was summarily denied, but served as a shot across their bow to let them know they were (and are) in for a fight to the finish. After its denial, I prepared and filed a forfeiture of office complaint in quo warranto against said insolent, disobedient public servants usurpers, liars, traitors and thieves in the office of Jeremiah Nixon, Missouri Attorney General, letting him know he has a duty to espouse my meritorious claim against the evil doers, and bring them back into statutory and constitutional obedience. Unbeknownst to Jay Nixon, I’m setting him up for a fall – his failure to prosecute on my valid complaint being grounds for his impeachment.
Apparently, my humble efforts had effect, because now said crooks have ordered sufficient jail clothing for inmates, but this is just the beginning. Myself and others will be working together to clean up Washington County, and get rid of the crooks.
A hearing was set for me to appear (specially, of course) on August 8, 2007 to give the specially-appointed judge, John C. Brackman time to review the case file, and for me to recuperate from my 3 weeks of starvation and deprivation of the basic necessities of life, on the court’s own motion, not mine. I fully expect dismissal with prejudice.
Meanwhile, I’m stuck in this joint, but it isn’t as bad as where I came here from. Once my “home plan” is approved, I should be released. The only stumbling blocks are the ridiculous, oppressive and tyrannical special conditions (electronic monitoring, no driving, no drinking, and participation in a substance abuse program). This is the purpose of my petition for writ of habeas corpus –to force my oppressors to release me without any such conditions, and, just as important, without paying them any cash, which I’ve flatly refused to do. This throws a monkey wrench into the gears of their wicked and evil, communist machinery. I’ll keep you posted. Please update everyone. By the way, yesterday, one of them many black guards saw me when I came in, and said “I know you! You’re Dave Baugh! Have you still got your website up?” I had never seen him before, so my humble efforts are paying off.
