Orwellian Era of Fascist Tyranny & Oppression in America
Dear Friends and Fellow Patriots,
This letter will inform you that I am being released from prison Friday, June 15, 2007, and picked up by Washington County on their detainer from the January 9, 2004 case which they had dropped then resurrected. I’ve filed Motions to Quash (demurrer) which they refuse to respond to, so I’ve demanded the judge take mandatory judicial notice of the record which shows lack of jurisdiction, but he recused himself after I filed a $10 Million Dollar civil rights action against the bastards in federal court. It was dismissed even though my Sister paid the filing fee, and made service on all defendants, but now I’ve filed mandamus against that fed. judge which should work. Meanwhile, I’ve refused the special conditions of electronic surveillance, no driving, no drinking and substance abuse program, and will not pay one cent! It appears I may be able to work with the parole officer on this, but just in case, I’ve prepared a petition for writ of habeas corpus, and also another for Washington County if they don’t allow me to be released OR.
Folks, I’ve really struck a nerve in the body of the beast system or they would not be going to such extremes to silence, discredit and destroy me, just one man who refused to be a statutory slave to insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of our inherent political power over them. I again ask you all to contact Belinda Harris, State Rep. of the 110th Dist. And let her know you are tired of this fascism and tyranny. WE WANT OUR FREEDOM BACK! Also, if any of you feel so inclined, and can afford it, I could use any financial assistance you provide to get myself situated and back to work once I’m out of the honor center (about four days) and set up in my sister’s apartment at the above address.
In service to America’s ONLY KING, Savior & Law-Giver,
(signed)
David Baugh

Wife Sentenced in Preacher's DeathSELMER, Tenn. (AP) - A woman who killed her preacher husband with a shotgun blast to the back as he lay in bed was sentenced Friday to
three years in prison, but she may end up serving only 60 days in a
mental hospital.
Mary
Winkler must serve 210 days, or about seven months, of her sentence before she can be released on probation, but she gets credit for the five months she has already spent in jail, Judge Weber McCraw said.
That leaves only two months, and McCraw said up to 60 days of the sentence could be served in a facility where she could receive mental health treatment. That means Winkler may not serve any significant time in prison.
Winkler, 33, was convicted of manslaughter in April and could have received up to six years for killing her husband,
Matthew, in the parsonage where the family lived in March 2006.
At her trial she testified she was physically and emotionally abused by her husband, but at her sentencing hearing Friday she said, "I think of Matthew every day, and I'll always miss him and love him."
She pleaded to the judge for leniency, and asked to be reunited with her three daughters, who are now in the custody of Matthew Winkler's parents.
(Contrast this to
Dave Baugh, he received a nine-year sentence for refusing to accept a driver's license, he's been unlawfully incarcerated for over three years now. He expects a June 15th, 2007 release date, we'll see. Go to
www.doc.mo.gov, scroll down to Quick Links, click on MODOC Offender Search, enter Dave's prisoner number 1098495 to see the profile they keep on him.)
