Friends of David Baugh,

I just got off the phone with Dave as he continues to be held unlawfully at Moberly Correctional Center.

He informed me that he is scheduled to be released on June 15th, 2007 and it looks favorable that he will be. He has been negotiating for no parole conditions or terms as they have tried to place unreasonable parole restrictions upon him. He said that at this point they have not committed to anything in writing, although they claim that his release will not have any conditions, that is yet to be seen. He says that he will go ahead and take the release, and fight the issue later in court.

He is doing well, and says that even though it has been a long hard-fought fight, he has yet to begin to fight. He has found a friend in Belinda Harris 110th District Representative and has reason to believe the Parole Analysis Officer will look at his case objectively.
