Dear Friends and Fellow Patriots,
The battle for our sacred Liberty & freedom wages on, and I am “enduring afflictions” (II Timothy 4:5). My adversaries & oppressors (& yours) are now resorting to “diesel therapy”, transporting me chained up like a dangerous animal to & from court appearances in the resurrected Washington County, Missouri driver’s license case (04CR613527) which had previously been dropped. I am also thereby placed in “administrative segregation” at the Bonne Terre, Missouri prison for an entire week just to appear in court for about five minutes, and deprived of clean clothing, showers, telephone access, mail or recreation –not even a bible or books to read. My heart condition makes this life-threatening!
It appears to me this is a last-ditch effort of our oppressors, in desperation, trying in vain to crush me and the truth I represent exposing the misapplication of the licensing laws in Mo and using them in cranial syndicalism as a protection racket of legalized plunder & extortion. I’ve proven that such mere civil infraction “traffic violations” are not “true crimes” and are not cognizable in a criminal proceeding providing criminal sanctions under the Missouri Criminal Code; in short, the Missouri Legislature has no power to make such purely civil traffic violation “true crimes” punishable using criminal sanctions, and the exercise of such power by state government is a usurpation of our inherent political power over state government “…and police thereof” (Article I, §§1, 2, and 3, Missouri Constitution), treasonous in nature.
Space does not permit me to elaborate on my jurisdictional challenge, (“Sworn Motion to Quash”), but if anyone wants copies, just ask and I’ll send same. Folks, the Washington County Prosecutor, John Rupp and his hireling, Daniel James, have convened a Grand jury and indicted me for daring to use my private, non-taxable property (automobile) on our public roads without first paying the “motor vehicle driver’s license [excise] tax” of $15.00. Is this extreme or what? Moreover, what kind of woefully ignorant, deceived people were these grand jurors? What kind of lies did the prosecutor tell them? When I pointed out to the judge at the “arraignment” hearing on July 17, 2006 that his warrant was facially fatally defective because it was executed out of time (See RSMo. §545.310), I was then confronted with the aforesaid “True Bill” Indictment by the Washington County Grand Jury issued September, 2004 I had not been made aware of. Now I’ll move to quash this indictment.
My persecutions under color of law show that our state government has become much more wicked, evil * corrupt than the society it was created to serve; it is oppressive & tyrannical as shown by my humble efforts at restoring strictly limited, constitutional state government. I am doing what MUST BE DONE to relieve my fellow Missourians of this burden pursuant to John 15: 12-13; I am a “vanguard” in our freedom movement, blazing the trail back to Liberty for all to follow. NOW IS THE TIME FOR EVERYONE TO GET INVLOVED! HERE’S HOW:
I’ve heard that Matt Blunt has called a Special Session of the Missouri General Assembly. We need to let these public servants know our outrage at legislative executive and judicial usurpations of our inherent political power, and ORDER then to cease and desist in prosecuting civil traffic matters as criminal and invoking criminal sanctions as being patently unconstitutional. I’m attaching hereto names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of appropriate public servants to contact along with a suggested format to use. Please do not let my humble efforts be in vain! All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good folks who could & should do something, do nothing, and such silence, when we all need to speak out, makes cowards of men. Hey, I’ve done all the dirty work, now it’s up to you all to voice your outrage!
