Dear Editor,
Today makes 5 full months I’ve been imprisoned on a 9 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections for “standing fast in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and not to be entangled again with the yoke of bondage” (Galatians 5:1), and refusing to be a slave to our insolent, disobedient public servants (I Corinthians 7:23, Romans 6:16), by refusing to pay the “motor vehicle driver’s license [excise] tax” in order to exercise my antecedent, unalienable right of locomotion in private, non-taxable property (automobile) on our public roads. It has been a very rewarding experience enabling me to see first-hand the utter fallacy of the Missouri prison system, I can say with confidence that this prison system does little more than provide those running it with slave labor and a plundering, parasitic existence, and parasitic probation/parole officer, quisling, pettifogger, shyster lawyers, prosecutors and judges, and predatory police with parasitic, non-productive job security, all at enormous public expense, and loss of our Liberty & Freedom. I say with complete confidence that most of the men in here do not belong here, and society would be much better of if they were free to be productive and beneficial members of society. Why are they here? Let me answer:
The insolent, disobedient public servants we allow to run our corporate fiction government, have usurped our inherently-held political; power over “all internal government and police thereof” (Article I, §§1, 2, and 3, Mo. Const.), and “professing themselves to be wise, they became fools” (Romans 1:18-32). It has been rightly said that men will either be governed by our Creator/Saviour and His Law-system, or we will be ruled by tyrants. Most folks know something is terribly wrong; we se the symptoms all around us, yet most do nothing but complain and cast the blame on someone else, such as “Satan.” However, this is contrary to our right, duty and responsibility bestowed upon us by our Creator/Savior, that we owe to Him, ourselves, our posterity, our countrymen, and our country/land wherein our Creator has placed us from which we will “move no more” (II Samuel 7:10), to be free under His “perfect Law of Liberty” (James 1:25).
As the holders of the inherent political power, it is our job to be eternally vigilant over our inferior public servants, and correct them when they have become insolent and disobedient, usurp our authority, and breach State and U.S. Constitutions and our Creator/Savior’s Laws which bind them; we MUST control and regulate them to prevent then from ever trying to control and regulate us! Thus, it is essential we are not only “hearers of the Word/Law” of our Creator/Savior, ONLY RISEN KING & LAWGIVER (James 4:12), but “doers of the WORK” (James 1:25), which necessitates resistance to our inferior, insolent, disobedient public servants, and compelling them to be in obedience to the constitutions and our Creator/Savior’s Laws, which, as President Andrew Jackson said is the “Rock upon which our republic rests.”
Where most folks make their mistake is failing to realize the Bible (our instruction manual) is 75% political, and 25% spiritual; that it is a Law-system and moral code we must live by, or we will surely perish (See Deuteronomy, Chapter 28).
So, the “yoke of bondage” on those still complacently comfortable, cowardly citizen slaves, fearful of mere men (their own public servants), will eventually become so great as to compel them to make a choice between such slavery and the price of Liberty, which is to be willing to sacrifice everything (Matthew 10:26-39), exhibiting “perfect love casting out fear” (I John 4:17-28), in service to our Risen King, Yahshua, the Messiah (Jesus, the Christ), thereby giving Him the honor and glory due Him, whereupon through His faithful servants/messengers (Matthew 13:37-43), He will “revenge all disobedience” on the evil-doers because “our obedience is fulfilled” (II Corinthians 10:2-6)!

Dear Editor,
This letter is written while we still have the right to free speech and press, with intent and hope to inform my fellow Missourians of deliberate misapplication of law by our public servants who must be corrected. Space does not permit sufficient elaboration on the subject, but briefly, the driver’s license, vehicle registration and related regulatory revenue schemes are being misapplied against most Missouri motorists. What is falsely presented as necessary for public safety and security is actually unlawful, arbitrary taxation, affording no such public safety or security.
I am imprisoned, at public expense, in a Missouri prison, because I studied this law, and learned of its fraudulent misapplication, and ceased participation in the scam. Franklin County Prosecutor, Robert Parks, who went to extraordinary lengths to prosecute me, will tell you that by imprisoning me, he is protecting you and your readers, but Mr. Parks is a false accuser.
As a former businessman, turned evangelist, I am an excellent driver, with over 46 years of driving experience, having driven over 1 ½ million miles with only a few minor accidents, none of which were my fault. I am not a licensee, nor am I a licensee who had his license suspended or revoked, nor were the charges drug or alcohol-related, nor do I have any criminal record whatsoever, and Parks knows this, yet he charged and prosecuted me on 3 counts of driving without a valid license, with enhanced penalty as class-D felonies. Because the jury did not understand the facts and law, I now face nine years consecutively, AT PUBLIC EXPENSE!
The REAL TRUTH is, Parks and other insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of our inherently-held political power, are persecuting me under color of law, at public expense, to silence, discredit, and destroy me for daring to expose their misapplication of law. §302.020, RSMo. is not applicable under the Criminal Code of Missouri, pursuant to §§556.021, 556.026, and 558.016, RSMo! §302.020 IS APPLICABLE under the CIVIL CODE of Missouri as set forth in §517.011, RSMo, because it is the enforcement statute for the “motor vehicle driver’s license tax” imposed by Article X, §4(a), Missouri Constitution, and assigned to the Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue for collection by §136.030, RSMo as a CIVILLY REGULATED MATTER!
This excise (indirect) taxation is applicable ONLY against those “persons” who are engaged in some specific, privileged, public, occupational, business, or commercial activity, in use of some specific classification of vehicles used exclusively for such taxable purposes, excluding all others not in such classification, such as private (non-taxable) property (automobile).
When folks figure out the scam and fraud as I have, they too will cease participation. This is what the insolent, disobedient public servant usurper, quisling, pettifogger, shyster lawyer prosecutors and judges, non-productive paper shufflers, and predatory, plundering government parasites fear, and why they are persecuting me so severely under color of law AT PUBLIC EXPENSE. My persecutions are also intended to place fear in others, to perpetuate the protection racket of legalized plunder and extortion!
Let us once again be the “salt of the earth,” and “light of the world,” and “fear them not,” and “speak in the light” and “shout from the housetops” the real TRUTH which will free us from this yoke of bondage! We do not need our insolent, disobedient public servants to be our babysitters! Let us put a stop to the constitutional anarchy, treason and oppression in office committed by our public servants! NOW! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
