Open letter to Missouri Governor Bob Holden
Written on or near April 26, 2004
Dear Mr. Holden,
Greetings from the Moberly Correctional Center, Moberly, Missouri. I noticed that you designated April 19 - 23, 2004 as “
Crime Victims' Week”. Being a victim of crime, this interested me. Please excuse me for not participating though, because the perpetrators of the crimes that victimized me have been exonerated and paid well, and for now escape judgment. You see Mr. Holden, that which is evil is called good, and that which is good is called evil (Isaiah 5:20), and the blind are leading the blind. I am the victim of such insanity. All I did was exercise my right, duty, and responsibility as one of the holders of the inherent political power pursuant to Article I, Section 1, 2, and 3, Missouri Constitution, and certain insolent, disobedient public servants usurpers of said political power, selectively, vindictively, and maliciously prosecuted me under Color of Law, under Color of Office, using Color of Process, for daring to confront them with the real truth (facts and law).
I’m imprisoned for refusal to be induced into slavery by said public servants, and not fearing what they do to me for failure to submit to their usurped authority. Today such true Christian men such as I are not fed to lions, hacked to death, or crucified; we are cast into prisons at great public expense. Our “crimes” are victimless, and are simply refusing to submit to slavery in the form of licenses, permits, and other regulatory revenue schemes being unlawfully imposed by insolent, disobedient public servants, and quisling, pettifogger, shyster prosecutors and judges in “cash register” courts.
I’m imprisoned on Class-D felony, of driving without a valid license. I am not a licensee, not am I a licensee who had his license suspended or revoked, nor are the charges drug or alcohol related. I have an excellent driving record of well over one and a half million miles in over 44 years of driving, with only a few minor accidents, none my fault. I have no criminal record. All my life I’ve been a productive, beneficial member of society, even providing jobs, goods and services for others as a small businessman, yet I’m sentenced to serve 9 years consecutively.
The reason I refuse to get a license is because I studied the law and discovered it is an excise tax imposed under Article X, Section 4(a), Missouri Constitution, and Section 136.030, RSMo, applicable under the Civil Code of Missouri, Section 517.011, and enforced by Section 302.020, RSMo, and there are no provisions in the Missouri Code of State Regulations (CSR) governing the enforcement of this statute pertaining to me, and that only public persons, or those engaged in some commercial activity or public purpose are subject to the revenue scheme. The state Legislature is prohibited from any such arbitrary, direct regulatory revenue scheme of general application on the people who comprise the State of Missouri.
When insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of political authority try to force me to get the license, it is inducement to slavery, and slavery in any form is unacceptable. History proves such stealthy encroachments on our sacred liberty are more dangerous than standing armies, as is evidenced by my imprisonment for refusing to be a slave to men. Since I’ve entered into a lifetime covenant with the Creator, to not be a slave to usurpers of political authority, said usurpers are impairing my contract with the Creator, with specific intent to violate my rights as a matter of law.
When I think of the insane reasoning which put me here and keep me here, thereby enslaving (punishing) the public you purport to “protect” from me for my lawful, peaceful claim and exercise of right of enjoyment of the gains of my own industry in ordinary locomotion, forcing them to pay up to $40,000.00 a year, plus depriving society of my proven highly productive and beneficial presence therein, I have to laugh. As it is written, professing to be wise, you insolent, disobedient public servant usurpers of our political authority have become fools, and exalted the corporate fiction creature government over the Creator, and the blind are leading the blind to the wide gate of destruction.
I do not need or want such insolent, disobedient public servants to be my babysitter! Cops, like children, should be seen and not heard! I am perfectly capable if taking care of myself, and conducting myself in a peaceful, productive and responsible manner, and I certainly do not need such incompetent, insolent, disobedient public servants to “correct” me, for it is not I who is in error, but such plundering, parasitic predators who are committing constitutional anarchy, treason, and oppression in office, preying upon the woefully ignorant, deceived public at large. As one “standing in the gap”, and a “watchman on the wall”, this humble messenger gives warning that unless such error is corrected, this state government has failed in its purported chief design, and is doomed to ultimately end upon the trash heap of history.
